A self-serve option is now available for Aquatera bulk water users. People can now log in online and add water to their account with the Water Exchange Program. Before the program, the service was only available during business hours on a prepaid account.
Bulk Water Coordinator Rhonda Danderfer says it will ease some frustration they were seeing from customers and make it easier to add to their account.
A login can be created at aquatera.ca where they can request water be added to their account.
