Around 200 trampoline and tumbling athletes are looking to bounce into Grande Prairie this weekend. Grande Prairie Gymnastics and Cheerleading is preparing to host the second annual Alberta Cup.
The tournament will see athletes, ranging from provincial level 1 to international level, compete in Individual Trampoline, Synchronized Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline and Power Tumbling. They will all be looking to win a spot on Team Alberta for future trampoline and tumbling competitions.
The event will run from April 5th to 7th at the group’s gym on 16 Knowledge Way. Admission is a cash or food donation. A full schedule of events can be found here.
