A road ban is now in effect in the County of Grande Prairie. As of 10 a.m. on April 18th, all gravel roads are at 50 per cent axle weight around the clock.
Road bans are put in place to protect gravel roads during the spring thaw. A 50 per cent axle weight one is already in place on gravel roads in the City of Grande Prairie.
