Moving along with their plans to salvage the 14 duplex units on 108th Ave, the city is hosting an information meeting for Mountview and Hillside residents this week.
The buildings have been empty since July last year, and were intended for demolition, however administration is now looking into subdividing the lots instead.
The meeting will cover exactly what the city’s plans are for the units, how the subdivision and inspections will work, the security of the duplexes, and a general time line for the project.
The meeting is the Wednesday from 7-9 at the Rotary Field Building.
