A frost advisory has been issued for the Grande Prairie – Beaverlodge – Valleyview region. Whitecourt and Fox Creek are affected as well.
Environment Canada expects the skies to clear up, letting the temperature drop to freezing overnight. Patchy frost is in the forecast, while a more widespread frost is predicted for Monday night.
Here in Grande Prairie we’re looking at a low of zero with patchy frost. Residents should protect any sensitive trees or plants.
