Grande Prairie Regional Enforcement Services along with RCMP members were out in the water and on the trails last weekend patrolling for ATV and watercraft violations.
Tickets were handed out to those driving off highway vehicles without registration, speeding, transporting liquor, driving while unauthorized, and operating motor vehicles without a certificate of registration.
Enforcement services want to remind those using off highway vehicles to make sure they are registered and insured when being operated on crown land or public property.
The weekend patrols of popular off highway recreation areas in the region is expected to continue at random through out the rest of the summer.
