Replica pistols, drugs seized from Peace River home

A Peace River woman is facing charges after RCMP seized replica weapons, and various amounts of drugs were seized from a home in the town.

Peace Regional RCMP says they were initially called to reports of an air gun being discharged near 100 Avenue on September 13th, a short investigation led police to execute a search warrant on a home on 79 Avenue. Police say they seized several replica pistols, as well as ammo, magazines, 78 grams of suspected cocaine, 8.7 grams of suspected Fentanyl, and just over 2.5 grams of meth.

Subsequently, a 43-year-old woman is facing numerous charges including assault, unlawfully discharge a firearm, and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
