A 19 year old Ritchie Bros. employee remains in hospital after being injured at work Tuesday afternoon.
The Grande Prairie man was originally flown by STARS Air Ambulance to the QEII Hospital in stable condition, but was later transferred to the University of Alberta Hospital.
Occupation Health and Safety is investigating the incident, which reportedly occurred when a conveyor system collapsed and fell on the worker, pinning him to its frame.
No update on his condition has been given.
