The Hockey Alberta Foundation is bringing its Every Kid Every Community speaker series to Grande Prairie.
On February 17th, TSN Hockey Analyst and former NHL goaltender Jamie McLennan will be making his way to the Swan City, along with TSN Radio host and former NHL defenseman Jason Strudwick.
All of the proceeds from the event will go towards the Every Kid Every Community program, as well as the creation of a new Try-Hockey program in Grande Prairie.
EKEC has been handing out program and player assistance grants aimed at making hockey more accessible to children from lower income families since 2011.oc
