Grande Prairie Salvation Army $77,000 short of Red Kettle goal

With only two days left in its Red Kettle campaign, the Salvation Army has raised nearly 78 per cent of its goal.

In order to maintain operations next year, $350,000 is needed, of which they’ve collected almost $273,000 so far.

The kettles will be gone after Christmas Eve, so Major Dan Roode is encouraging residents to dig deep to come up with the last $77,000.
