Storm teddy bear toss set for Saturday

Get your teddy bears ready. This Saturday, the Grande Prairie Storm will host its annual teddy bear toss. Buy and bring a new stuffed toy wrapped in a plastic bag to the game. PetSmart will also be selling bears at the game.

When the Storm score their first goal, people will throw their bears onto the ice. They will then be collected and donated to children at QE II.

The Storm take on the Sherwood Park Crusaders at 7:30. Tickets are still available and can be purchased on the Storm’s website.
