Indigenous Relations Minister to visit Friendship Centre

Indigenous Relations Minister Richard Feehan will be at the Grande Prairie Friendship Centre on Thursday for a public meet and greet.

A spokesperson for Feehan says he regularly tries to travel around the province to meet with First Nations to try and rebuild relationships. He will also be in the City to go door to door with the MLA for Peace River Debbie Jabbour.

Feehan was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, representing the constituency of Edmonton-Rutherford on May 5, 2015. Then in February 2016, he was appointed Minister of Indigenous Relations.

This will be Feehan’s only public stop. He will be at the Centre from 11 a.m. to 12:45
