A McLennan man has been killed in a single vehicle rollover in Grouard. High Prairie RCMP and other emergency services were called to Highway 750, roughly 30 kilometres northeast of High Prairie around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
Police say a northbound car crossed the centre line, went into the ditch on the other side of the road, and rolled onto its roof. The 48-year-old was the only person in the car and was declared dead at the scene.
High Prairie RCMP are now asking anyone who witnessed the crash to contact the detachment. While an investigation continues, mounties say charges aren’t being considered.
