A Clairmont man died in a crash on Highway 2 Sunday morning. The single vehicle rollover happened around 8:30 a.m. at Township Road 744 near Webster.
Grande Prairie Rural RCMP say the vehicle was heading north on the highway when it rolled. The road was icy at the time. The 35 year old driver was pronounced dead at the scene while the passenger was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A collision analyst was called in to help with the investigation, which is still ongoing. The name of the deceased is not being released.
