UPDATE: Grande Prairie RCMP report Sylvia Cardinal has been found safe.
A 44 year old woman has been reported missing after last being seen leaving the QEII Hospital. Sylvia Cardinal was last seen on May 23rd, 2017. She is aboriginal with black hair and brown eyes. She is around 5’5″ and 140 lbs.
Cardinal was last seen wearing blue jeans and a red shirt. There is general concern for her well-being and RCMP would like to speak with her.
