There has been another fatal incident at a Suncor facility in northern Alberta.
An employee was working on a bulldozer around 11 a.m. Monday when its oil pan fell and hit him on the head.
The 37 year old man was taken to hospital in Fort McMurray where he was pronounced dead.
Occupational Health and Safety is now investigating.
