A former Grande Prairie resident wanted for second degree murder has been arrested in north Edmonton. A warrant was issued for 29 year old Gerald Peter Krahn on February 2nd after he was named a suspect in a homicide in Warburg.
36 year old Warburg resident Christopher O’Reilly died the night of January 30th after being injured in an incident. Krahn was taken into custody without incident on February 4th and will appear in court in Breton on February 8th. While he previously lived in the Swan City, he was last known to be staying in the Beaumont area and does not have a fixed address.
