Traffic stop turns up drugs and prohibited weapon

A Grande Prairie man has been charged after drugs and a prohibited weapon were reportedly found in his car. 44 year old Donald Cameron was pulled over at the intersection of 110th Street and 106th Avenue Friday night.

In addition to the weapon, RCMP seized cocaine and cash, and arrested the driver. Cameron is charged with three possession charges and five counts of failing to comply with conditions.

He remains in custody and will appear in court on December 7th.
