If you are driving around the Grande Prairie region, you may experience some road wash out, debris, trees or even downed power lines. The County of Grande Prairie wants to warn drivers to drive with extreme caution. They says crews are hard at work to clear items that could be on the road.
There are some detours due to closed roads. Township Road 744 and Range Road 83 to 84 as well as closures at Range Road 101 between Township Road 744 and 750. You can expect detours around Township Road 754 from Range Road 90 to 92 as well. Power line damage can be reported to ATCO electric.
The County is also asking residents to report any road damage, water and sewer issues in Bezanson, La Glace and Valhalla and Teepee Creek.
