The Man Van is rolling into Grande Prairie Thursday, offering men a chance to get some basic health checks, as well as early screenings for prostate cancer.
The mobile clinic is run by the Prostate Cancer Centre and travels to communities to make prostate cancer screening and other health checks more accessible.
The Man Van will also be offering PSA blood tests for men aged 40 and older, which can help screen for prostate cancer.
Men over 18 can also get their blood sugar and blood pressure checked, along with a mental wellness screening and waist measurement.
The Man Van will be parked at ARC Resources at 9402 117 St. from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday.
No appointment is needed.
