Grande Prairie residents are being reminded several facilities will either be closed or operating on adjusted hours on Labour Day Monday.
Eight municipally operated buildings, including city hall, the city service centre and Bonnets Energy Centre, the Dave Barr Community Centre and the Activity and Reception Centre will be closed for the day, while places like the Eastlink Centre, Design Works Centre and Ernie Radbourne Pavillion at Muskoseepi Park will see heavily reduced hours.
The City is hosting a free outdoor concert at the Experience Grande Prairie event on September 1st. Free access to multiple city facilities including the Eastlink Centre, Aquatera Outdoor Pool, Activity & Reception Centre, Bonnetts Energy Centre and Design Works Centre is available on Saturday, September 2nd for Alberta Day.
