Alberta Health Services’ President and CEO has resigned. Vickie Kaminski has given her notice, effective in the new year.
Kaminski joined AHS in May 2014 and cites her decision to leave as a personal one. The new AHS Board came into effect today, and will first be tasked with recruiting a replacement president and CEO.
In a statement, Chair of the Board Linda Hughes says she is sorry to see Kaminski leave, acknowledging her commitment to the organization.
