Grande Prairie RCMP is investigating a report of shots fire in the South Avondale neighbourhood. Around 1:30 this afternoon, police responded to the area of 102nd Street and 106th Avenue, not far from an apartment building where two people were fatally shot on June 27th.
The area is now being examined by the Forensic Identification Section. There have been no reports of injuries so far. Anyone who may have been a witness, or who has information is asked to contact the detachment or Crime Stoppers.
