Earth Day

The community is invited to celebrate International Earth Day with the City of Grande Prairie and County of Grande Prairie at a community event filled with activities and learning opportunities, to show support for environmental conservation!

At the event, you can experience/learn about:
– Businesses/Organizations demonstrating and educating residents on how they reduced their environmental impact
– Activities teaching residents how they can reduce their environmental impact at home
– Cookie Decorating
– Electric Vehicles onsite for learning opportunities
– Enter a draw for a chance to win a Go City Foldable E-Bike

The City of Grande Prairie is providing Free City transit all-day to commuters within the City to reduce carbon emissions and support environmental conservation.
