Hold and Secures at two more Grande Prairie Schools have been lifted. At around 9:25 am, doors were locked at Holy Cross Catholic School because police were looking for someone in the area. That school was reopened at 10: 14 a.m. I.V. Macklin Public School was also locked but as of 10:30 a.m. that school has reopened.
Earlier this morning, Harry Balfour School and Avondale School we’re also put on hold and secure while police were in the area. Those have both been lifted and police have left.
