Grande Prairie RCMP says it is confident that there is no threat to public safety after a 16 year old boy was hurt in a drive-by shooting.
The incident happened Monday night in the Swanavon area, as someone in a dark grey or black vehicle reportedly shot the victim in the leg. Police say the teen is recovering from non-life threatening injuries, and an investigation continues.
They’re still asking for anyone with information on the shooting to contact the detachment or Crime Stoppers.
