A moderate earthquake has been recorded south of Grande Prairie. Earthquakes Canada says the 4.2 magnitude quake hit at 3:53 p.m. Tuesday.
The earthquake was located 77 kilometres south of the city, near Musreau Lake off of Highway 40. It was recorded at a depth of 10 kilometres.
