The County of Grande Prairie is the recipient of an award praising their Middle of Everywhere campaign aimed at attracting business and investment to the region.
The award is from the Economic Developers of Alberta in the small community or region category.
The campaign included a variety of marketing and promotional photos, brochures, handouts, information packages and a website to showcase the quality of life and work opportunities available in the county of Grande Prairie.
Reeve Leanne Beaupre says the county’s current and former Economic Development Managers, Chris King and Walter Paszkowski respectively, are very deserving of the award for all the work they put into the campaign.
