Women who recently bought birth control from the Grande Prairie Shoppers Drug Mart may have gotten expired medication.
Shoppers says anyone who received Alesse 21 between March 16th and April 1st should check the expiration date on their pills.
There was a human error at the distribution centre in Calgary that feeds to the Grande Prairie location.
The company estimates 100 customers got the expired tablets, and all potentially affected customers have been called.
