Police say charges will be laid against three people, after a truck with a seven month old child in the back was taken from a Royal Oaks area home on Tuesday.
Charges of kidnapping, theft of a motor vehicle, abandoning a child, possession of stolen property, and possession of a weapon will be laid against a 26 year old woman and a 22 year old man, both of Grande Prairie, and a 14 year old young offender from Edmonton.
The trio were picked up after the stolen truck was spotted at a forestry products mill south of the city.
The child was found in her car seat on the front step of a home south of the city.
