No injuries have been reported following a grass fire in Muskoseepi Park Wednesday. Grande Prairie firefighters were called to the park south of 100 Avenue around noon and when they arrived they found a large wildland fire.
It took 18 firefighters and two engines to put the fire out as crews battled dry and windy conditions. The fire was fully put out two hours later after two hectares of grass and brush had burned.
The cause of the fire has been listed as human error.
