Attempted traffic stop leads to arrest of two Grande Prairie men

Two men have been arrested after they were found driving a stolen truck in Grande Prairie.

Last Thursday afternoon, police tried to pull over a white Ford dually pick up around 121st Ave and 101st Street that they believed was stolen.

A male passenger got out and the vehicle drove away dangerously, almost causing a crash.

The passenger was arrested with a large amount of cash, and the driver was later arrested at a home, where drugs and prohibited weapons were also found.
