With the summer season comes construction season and the County of Grande Prairie is getting a number of projects underway.
Work in some areas will just be leveling off the road while some other work will include paving and some overlay work. A full list of projects is included below.
The county says traffic could experience some delays in the work areas and ask drivers to obey all posted signage and speed limits.
In 2018 the county will invest $37.4 million on capital road projects. They also say in 2017 and 2018 another $20 million will be spent on road improvements in the county.

Base and paving on a portion of Township Road 705 toward Spring Creek Estates
Base and paving on Township Road 714 from Range Road 103 to Range Road 105
Base and paving on Range Road 54 from Highway 43 to Township Road 724
Grade, base and paving Township Road 730 from Range Road 50 to Range Road 45
Grading on Township Road 730 from Range Road 44 to Range Road 45
Grading on Range Road 84 from Highway 43 north for 2.4 km
