Alberta Health Services has a new President and CEO.
Vickie Kaminski will be taking over on June 2nd, replacing Dr. Chris Eagle, who stepped down in October.
Until then, the Registered Nurse will spend time in Alberta transitioning into the role, coming from the same position at the at the Eastern Regional Health Authority in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Health Minister Fred Horne says they both share the view that patients and front-line workers are the top priority.
