Grande Prairie RCMP have arrested a 29 year old woman after pulling her over on Thursday. On July 6th, police noticed a vehicle with no lights on at 1:45 a.m. After following for a while, they realized the vehicle was stolen. They pulled it over and Maygan Fehr was arrested.
Officers found other stolen items and a weapon within arms reach of the driver when they did a search. Fehr is facing charges of possession of stolen property, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public and breach of recognizance. She is also facing other charges under the Traffic Safety Act.
Fehr will appear in court on July 12th, 2017. RCMP are working to connect property with their rightful owners.
