UPDATE: Snowfall warning ends for Peace Country

UPDATE 2: The snowfall warning has ended for the peace region.

UPDATE: The snowfall warning for the Grande Prairie and Beaverlodge areas has ended. The warning continnues for Peace River, Fahler and Spirit River areas. Environment Canada says those areas can expect up to 30 centimetres of snow.

Environment Canada has added most of the region to the snowfall warning they issued on April 12th. Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge and Peace River areas are now included. These areas are expecting between 20 to 30 centimetres by Friday.

The Fox Creek and Grande Cache areas continue to have a snowfall warning for their areas. They are expecting up to 25 centimetres of snow by Friday.

Environment Canada says the spring storm system may cause reduced visibility while driving at times.
