The County of Grande Prairie Fire fighters are looking for people of the community to become Fire Guardians. Residents who are chosen would be responsible for helping issue fire permits between March 1st and October 31st. They would also need to do visual inspections of sites to make sure people are following County policy.
Applicants must be over the age of 18 and have a valid Driver’s License. The deadline to apply to be a Fire Guardian is February 3rd, 2017.
