If you see flashing lights at night this week at 116th Avenue and 99th Street, they are not malfunctioning. The lights are expected to be flashing from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am until Wednesday, November 23rd, 2016. Contractors are working to replace a traffic light structure in the area as part of the 2016 traffic rehabilitation project with the city. Drivers should go through the intersection carefully.
