The people in the County of Grande Prairie are looking for solutions to crime in the area. The Grande Prairie and District Rural Crime Watch Association met last week with RCMP, Alberta Justice and Solicitor general, the County of GP, the Crown Prosecutor’s Office along with local MLA’s Wayne Drysdale and Todd Loewen to share information on how to tackle crime.
GPDRCWA planned the meeting to find ways to work together and ensure people who committ crimes are caught. The group says they plan to meet regularly and continue the conversation on initiatives.
