Five people have been arrested after RCMP found a makeshift camp in the city. Sgt. Roy Kennedy says the camp was located in an area southeast of 68 Avenue and Resources Road.
He says a structure had been erected, and there was property found that is believed to be stolen, including the IDs and credit cards of at least 10 people.
Numerous trespassing and theft charges have been laid against the five people arrested.
