GPPCS Memory Tree 2021

The Memory Tree is a Palliative Care tradition that has been acknowledged for over 30 years. We encourage individuals, families and businesses from the community to hang a message in memory of a loved one who is deeply missed during the holidays. At the end of each year, we gather everyones lovely memories, gently place them in a box, gift wrap them, and place them under the tree to be remembered for years to come.

We will also be collecting funds for a new specialized bed for the Prairie Lakes hospice.
