Two Fairview men are facing charges after the RCMP in the area responded to a break-and-enter in progress earlier this month.
Fairview RCMP says they were called to the scene of a rural lease site just before 3 a.m. on March 17th, and when they arrived, located two individuals on site who were subsequently arrested without incident.
Police say they seized a 2005 Black Dodge Ram belonging to one of the suspects at the time of their arrest and during a search of the vehicle, seized several break-in tools. 33-year-old Tyler Horne and 57-year-old Gerald Lyons are both facing charges including; break-and-enter, and possession of break-in instruments.
Both will next appear in Fairview Provincial Court on April 26th.
