Another member of the County’s senior administration team has announced his retirement. Herb Pfau first joined the public works department back in 1975, eventually working his way to his current title of Superintendent of Public Works. He says the people he met in that time is what he will remember the most.
“Whether it was council, the ratepayers that we serve, the staff has been awesome. Â I have met so many incredible people. And then I have also been able to learn so much.”
Pfau’s final day with the County is July 25th, after which he says he is looking forward to some new adventures during his retirement.
