Library and art gallery users won’t be able to park underground for the next while. The Montrose Cultural Centre’s parkade has been closed until further notice due to construction on a storage expansion project.
Instead, drivers are encouraged to park in the parking lot to the south of the building.
On Tuesday, the City of Grande Prairie had said the west side on the lower level of the parkade would be the only part affected. However, on Wednesday it was expanded to the entire space.
November was given as the initial closure timeframe.
