A section of 88 Street from 132 Avenue to Lakeland Drive will be closed for the next week and a bit. The City of Grande Prairie says crews will be working in the area to replace an existing storm pipe and catch basin.
It’s reported the infrastructure is in poor condition. The work will also include completing the tie-in for the new Kingsgate Landing Development.
Construction will start on August 16th and should be done by August 24th. In the meantime, traffic can detour using 92 Street.
