Drivers are asked to take alternate routes for a few weeks as work on 108 Street north of 132 Avenue kicked off on Thursday. Crews are on-site to complete upgrades to the existing gravel roadway, which will see paving the roadway, installing a pedestrian pathway on the east side of 108 Street, and completing the traffic signal installation.
Drivers will be forced to find alternative routes like 100 Street or 116 Street until the work wraps up near the end of September.
