A Grande Prairie teen is facing a slew of charges for his alleged connection to a theft from a residence in Country Club, and dangerous driving.
Police say at approximately 7:45 a.m. on July 12th, they received a report of a theft from a residential yard in the Country Club subdivision, from which the suspects left the scene in a brown older model pickup truck, which was determined to be stolen the night before from a residence in the Crystal Landing subdivision.
Authorities spotted the stolen vehicle driving through Grande Prairie a short time later, and were able to arrest the driver.
Subsequently, 18-year-old Chase Glodek of Grande Prairie is facing charges including flight from a peace officer, possession of property obtained by crime, and fail to comply.
