One person has died following a collision between a motorcycle and pick up truck on 108 Street on Sunday.
The Grande Prairie RCMP says the collision happened shortly before 1 p.m. Sunday, when a motorcycle traveling northbound on 108 Street collided with a southbound pickup truck that turned east at 79 Avenue. Tragically, the adult male driving the motorcycle was declared deceased on scene. The occupant of the truck was not injured.
The collision remains under investigation, however, no further updates will be provided and the name of the deceased will not be released.
Authorities say also looking for any witnesses that may have dash camera footage that were driving along 108 Street and 79 Avenue around 12:43 pm on July 24th. Anyone with dash cam footage urged to call the Grande Prairie RCMP at 780-830-5701, or anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
