Road work to disrupt QEII traffic

A road resurfacing project getting started this weekend may cause some difficulty for those trying to get to the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital. The main access on 98th street will be blocked off from 7 am Saturday morning until the end of the day Wednesday.

Access to the emergency room along with public, staff, and physician parking will be rerouted onto 96th street in the meantime.

Then from May 28 until May 30 96th street will be closed to traffic. Personnel will be on hand to help direct traffic.

All health care services at the QEII will continue as normal during the road construction work.
