Celtics coach honoured with Football Alberta Award

A local trainer has won a coaching award from Football Alberta. Trevor Prichard has been recognized with the Laurie Robertson High School Tier II Coach of the Year Award for his work with the St. Joseph’s Celtics in 2014.

The Celtics went 14-0 in the regular season, and claimed their first ever Provincial Tier II title with a 13-4 win over the Medicine Hat Mohawks at the Alberta Bowl.

Prichard is praised for taking to time to create a flagship team for the Mighty Peace League, and will be honoured at the Senior Bowl Banquet in Calgary May 17th.
